Seabass Fillet with Chickpea & Spinach Stew
This is a lovely rustic dish using chickpeas from those tempting jars of Spanish pulses that line the walls of The Tapas Room. You can replace the fish with any other skin on, white fish fillet, or even try it with prawns.
