Griddled Asparagus With Romesco Sauce
This is an old Tapas Room favourite using those lovely jars of White Asparagus that you often see throughout Spain. Paired with a classic Romesco Sauce.
In this recipe, we are also introducing you to the oh so versatile Green Sauce or Parsley Sauce which you can keep in the fridge for a few days and use with many more recipes or even just to drizzle over some bread.
