Spring to life in Battersea

Easter is not all about hunting chocolate eggs and bunnies, although who doesn't love doing that? For Spain and Latin America, the Holy Week is a time for family, reflection and the ubiquitous parades.

Here in London however, it's shamelessly all about the chocolate...and the wine.

Next week we are launching our newly revised wine lists, across all three venues, freshened up and perfectly balanced as usual to ensure all styles and tastes are represented. Our Battersea kitchen will also be launching its Spring menu including wonderful tapas plates such as Black Rice w Baby Squid & Lemon & Griddled Gem Lettuce, Green Onions & Romesco.

And if you like to celebrate Easter with chocolate there's nothing a plate of crispy Churros and gloopy Hot Chocolate won't satisfy.

Battersea Venue Hire

Anyone who has visited our buzzing SW11 venue cannot but notice the intriguing activities going on in the adjoining building. The energy created by the students of our neighbouring cultural centre, Battersea Spanish is palpable. Whether they have been learning Spanish or Flamenco, watching a Spanish language film or joining a book club, it's clear that everyone is having a great time.

The Spring term kicks off with Flamenco from the 4th of April and Spanish Language from the 17th of April.

As one term ends and another begins at Battersea Spanish, and the teachers take a break for Easter, this is the perfect time to use the space and book The Tapas Room for your events or parties. We can offer bespoke menus and wine packages in a really cool venue, perfect for birthdays or family gatherings. Email info@thetapasroom.co.uk

Springtime in Battersea beckons and we can't wait to put out those yellow chairs again!
