We've been waiting for this week for what seems like an eternity! After a few months of anticipation we are so excited to announce that we are finally launching The Tapas Room's second site. Thursday 7th June in Deptford Market Yard! For those who are new to The Tapas Room, it presents a wealth of specifically Spanish wines, sherries, vermouths and Cava, carefully sourced by partners Paul Belcher and Adrian Copplestone’s import company DSC Imports, and associated wine suppliers. It is a wine shop, a tapas bar and a delicatessen, with the focus on knowledge, thorough sourcing and great ingredients. The Tapas Room provides for those who like to eat & drink well, in an intimate and beautifully designed space without spending a fortune on food & wine. Knowledgeable staff provide informative details on the wines and produce, with regular evening events such as Wine Wednesdays, tasting tables and specialist supper clubs. Located in vibrant London neighbourhoods, the first site being in Tooting's Broadway Market, and now in Deptford, we aim to provide a one stop shop for the local community to shop, eat and drink better for a price they can afford.
