Mixed £60 : Pates, Olives, Sherry Vinegar, Tapenade, Fino Sherry, Pickled Figs & Preserved seafood.

Marine £50: A range of preserved seafood (octopus, tuna, scallops, sardines). Squid ink & Bomba Rice, Alioli & Cava

Vegan £40: Vegan white wine, Preserved artichokes & broad beans, onion marmalade & red pepper jam & smoked paprika.
